All official legal contracts, tax invoices, purchase orders, and structural execution agreements will be executed under the legal name Zahrat Almasa Welding Works L.L.C.

2. Web Quotations & Non-Binding Inquiries

Estimates provided via our website, WhatsApp, or preliminary emails are non-binding budget indicators. A legally binding contract is established only upon:

• Execution of a formal written contract or signed Purchase Order (PO).
• Conducting a mandatory physical site measurement survey by our technical team.
• Final approval of technical CAD shop drawings and material specifications.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All technical drawings, CAD layouts, 3D renderings, custom staircase engineering concepts, and photography presented on this website are the intellectual property of Zahrat Almasa Welding Works L.L.C. Unused designs and proposal drawings submitted to clients remain our exclusive property and may not be reproduced or transferred to third-party fabricators without prior written consent.

4. Site Access & Installation Responsibilities

For on-site installation projects across Dubai and the UAE, the client or main contractor must ensure:

• Unobstructed access to the site location and necessary power connections.
• Structural load readiness for heavy steel and glass installations.
• Obtaining required developer/municipality work permits (NOC) where applicable, unless explicitly contracted to us.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Zahrat Almasa Welding Works L.L.C. operates strictly under the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes arising out of web interactions or commercial agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
